On February 4, 2015, the “OUC-UA Joint Undergraduate Educational Program for Bachelor of Laws” has been recently approved by the Ministry of Education.
The program marks the university’s second joint educational program approved by the Ministry of Education following OUC’s first joint undergraduate program in marine sciences with the University of Tasmania.
The cooperative program between the School of Law and Political Sciences at OUC and the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona (UA) aims at bringing in top-quality educational resources to train top-notch international legal professionals urgently needed in China.
The four-year “4+0” program will adopt syllabus jointly set up by the two universities. Based on the existing core curriculums taught at China’s law schools, the program will introduce over 10 core courses that are taught in the U.S.
