Timothy E.D. Horley is a dedicated lawyer and educator currently serving as a Global Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law.
Tim holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia, where he was an Executive Editor of the Virginia Law Review. His practice experience includes working as a litigator at a major New York law firm and as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Solicitor General’s Office. Tim also spent two years clerking at the U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court.
Tim is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has a longstanding interest in China. His research interests include a variety of constitutional law issues. His writing has appeared in the Columbia Law Review, the Virginia Law Review Online, and the Atlantic.
