With twelve years of Academic English (EAP) teaching experience, Jeremy possesses strong leadership skills in administering assessments and excels in designing materials and curriculum for Academic English programs, particularly in writing and reading courses. He is a proficient communicator who is sensitive to students' specialized needs and adept at collaborating with others in international work environments.
Jeremy holds a Master of Education in TESOL with Merit from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute, USA. Jeremy served as the EAP Coordinator at the University of Waikato Joint Institute at Zhejiang University City College in Hangzhou, China, from 2019 to 2022. In this role, he collaborated with the EFP director and university administration to develop Academic Writing and Reading courses for the EFP program while also teaching Academic Reading and Writing. Now he is a Global Professor at the University of Arizona's Microcampus in Qingdao, China.
Jeremy's diverse educational background and extensive teaching experience make him a valuable asset to any academic institution. His commitment to student success and passion for language education are evident in his work and interactions within the international educational community.
