Professor Platt has also worked as a law clerk and counsel to various judges around the United States and taught at universities in the U.S. and China, in subject matter ranging from legal writing to intellectual property.
He now works as a Global Professor of Practice in Law for the University of Arizona, teaching core US law courses to students at the Ocean University of China, and when time allows, at other University of Arizona Microcampuses.
